These terms of sale define the procedure for ordering, payment, delivery and reclamation of goods offered on the website hugyourlife.eu. The Supplier (Seller) of the products offered on the website hugyourlife.eu is Luminus Mod d.o.o, and the Buyer of the goods is the visitor of the website hugyourlife.eu who selects at least one product, fills in the electronic order form and sends it to the Seller.
The buyer must be of legal age and a commercially competent person. The contract may be concluded in the name of the minor and the completely incapable person by their legal representatives or guardians, and partially business persons may conclude the contract only with the consent of their legal representative or guardian. The Seller shall not be liable for any act contrary to this provision.
By accepting the terms of sale, the Buyer declares that all information provided about himself is true and complete, that he is capable of doing business and that there are no known obstacles to ordering and buying products from the Seller, i.e. to buy through an electronic point of sale – web shop.
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
Luminus Mod d.o.o. will endeavor to ensure the maximum accuracy of the information and data contained on this website. Product images are illustrative and we do not guarantee that the image fully corresponds to the product itself. We are not responsible for possible unintentional errors in the product description. Differences between the actual product and the one described on this site are possible if the manufacturer changes any of the characteristics or composition of the product. All descriptions are checked in detail and regularly.
Product prices are expressed in Croatian Kuna (“Kn”) and include value added tax. The seller may specify certain discounts on purchases through the webshop that may relate to a specific period of time. Featured prices are valid for all payment methods. The seller is authorized to change prices without prior notice. Also, the Seller is authorized to determine the discount, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for an individual product, group of products and / or for all products without prior notice at any time.
Payment is always made in Croatian kuna. The possible display of prices in Euros on the web shop is for customer reference only. With the possibility of payment by PayPal, payment is made in Euros, while the bill is in HRK. PayPal performs point-of-sale currency conversion (EUR, USD, etc.) into HRK in accordance with its own exchange rate list. You can find more detailed information on the PayPal website, through which you can also contact them in case of difficulties related to the PayPal account.
You can order and buy as a Guest or as a Registered User. The product is considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire ordering process. Products are ordered electronically via the website hugyourlife.eu. Ordering products is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed on Monday-Friday from 08.00 to 16.00. The buyer of the product will be notified by e-mail about the completed order.
The prices displayed on the pages next to each product are valid for all forms of payment and are expressed with VAT already included.
Select the desired item. For more information about the selected item, click on its image or text, after which you will be redirected to a page with more information about the product. By clicking on the “Add to cart” icon, the selected product is saved in the shopping cart, after which you can buy it by selecting “Payment”. Or you can select the “Continue shopping” option, then select the next item from the offers and save it to the cart again. In the basket you have an overview of all the items you have chosen so far, price and quantity. You can change the quantity of an individual item by entering the desired quantities in the “Quantity” field. If you want to remove a specific item, click the “x” mark to the left of the product image. Once you have completed the selection of the desired items, you have decided to make a purchase, at the bottom of the screen press “Go to payment”. Access the order calculation where you need to enter personal data at the address you want to deliver to the purchased goods. The delivery amount of the payment choice selection will also be displayed. You have the option to pay by bank transfer (bank transfer / e-banking), PayPal or cash on delivery (when picking up the shipment).
If the seller for any reason is unable to deliver all ordered items, the products will be delivered at the time of arrival of new stock, and within or / or inability to deliver the rest will contact the buyer by phone or in writing via email. The buyer can accept or cancel the delivery of the remaining items. If the Buyer decides to cancel the remaining parts of the order, and has already made the payment, the Seller will refund the money no later than 7 working days from the closed cancellation decisions until payment to the Buyer’s account.
The order is considered closed at the moment when the Customer completes the order electronically and the number of orders is displayed on the screen as well as the notification of the successfully closed order. You will receive an order confirmation notification at the email address entered in the electronic form.

- Is your mailbox full

All prices are expressed in Croatian national currency, Croatian kuna (Kn), including VAT. In case of payment by e-banking and general payment slip, the costs of payment and / or interbank transaction are not included in the price.

It is a service that offers e-money, i.e. real online cash with which you can do the same thing in the virtual world that money from a wallet is used for in the physical places. PayPal allows the user not to leave their credit card or bank account number when paying in the web store, thus further protecting the privacy of their data. PayPal is not a bank, but it operates very similarly. The user must open a personal PayPal account to which he can deposit money directly from his bank account or credit card. The purchase contract is concluded at the time of receipt of payment.
POSTAGE AND SHIPMENT
Delivery is made via the courier service GLS or Overseas Express and is available on the entire territory of the Republic of Croatia except on individual islands. For international shipping please look at the shipping list during the checkout.
Ordered items are sent within 4 working days from the date of receipt of the order or payment (usually earlier, within 2 days). Exceptionally, due to the sale of an individual item, unforeseen circumstances, and possible delays in the delivery of our principals, it is possible that delivery takes slightly longer than the specified deadline, of which you will be notified by phone or e-mail. If the courier from Overseas Express or GLS does not find you at the specified address, you will be notified to contact him back and arrange delivery in another term.
For local shipping (in Croatia) the cost of delivery for ordered products in the value of less than HRK 199.00 is additionally charged in the amount of HRK 20. Free delivery is for all ordered products worth 199.00 kuna and more, regardless of the place of delivery within Croatia.
For international shipping, price depends on your location. You can find shipping price in your shopping cart (after you select at least one product and enter your shipping address).
For shipment to other countries please contact us. In the case of shipment to other countries, the customer is responsible for paying taxes and duties in accordance with the laws of the country in which it is located.
The ordered goods will be stacked in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling in transport. When taking over the ordered goods, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, and refuse to take over the delivered goods on which external damage is visible.
RIGHT TO UNILATERAL TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
Luminus Mod d.o.o. cannot guarantee that the products and services at hugyourlife.eu will suit your needs. In case you are not satisfied with the delivered product, you have the right to return it within 14 days and we will refund your money. Pursuant to the Ordinance on the content and form of notice on the consumer’s right to unilaterally terminate distance and off-premises contracts (NN 72/2014), the Buyer is authorized to terminate the contract unilaterally without stating the reasons.
Calculation of the deadline for unilateral termination of the contract
You can terminate the contract unilaterally within 14 days without giving a reason. In order to be able to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the agreement unilaterally before the deadline by an unequivocal statement sent by mail, fax or e-mail, stating your name, address, telephone number, fax or e-mail address, and you can also use the attached example form for unilateral termination of the contract.
Standard information form for unilateral termination of the contract
The deadline for unilateral termination is 14 days from the day when the goods that are the subject of the contract were handed over to you or a third party designated by you.
Refund of money
If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the contract, unless you have chosen another type of delivery which is not the cheapest standard delivery we have offered. The refund will be made in the same way as you made the payment. If you agree otherwise to a refund, you will not incur any costs in relation to the refund. We can refund only after the goods are returned to us or after you provide us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.
Return of goods
It is considered that you have fulfilled your obligation on time if you send or hand over the goods to us, or to the person we are authorized to receive the goods (GLS or Overseas Express) before the expiration of the above deadline.
We bear the costs of returning the goods ourselves.
Consumer responsibility for impairment of goods
You are responsible for any impairment of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, other than that which was necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods. You can fill in and send a copy of the unilateral termination form on our website electronically. We will send you an acknowledgment of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract by e-mail without delay.
Exclusion of the right to unilateral termination of the contract
The consumer is not entitled to unilateral termination of the contract if:
- the service contract was fully fulfilled by the trader, and the fulfillment began with the explicit prior consent of the consumer and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilateral termination of the contract from this section if the service is fully fulfilled
- the subject of a contract for goods or services whose price depends on changes in the financial market that are beyond the influence of the trader, and which may occur during the consumer’s right to unilateral termination of the contract
- the subject of the contract is goods made to the consumer’s specification or which are clearly adapted to the consumer
- the subject of the contract is perishable goods or goods which are about to expire
- the subject of the contract sealed goods which due to health or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return, if they were unsealed after delivery
- the subject of the contract is a goods which, by reason of their nature, are inseparably mixed with other things after delivery
- the subject of the contract delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price is agreed at the time of conclusion of the contract, and delivery may follow only after 30 days, if the price is dependent on changes in the market that are beyond the influence of the trader
- the consumer specifically requests a visit from the trader to perform urgent repairs or maintenance work, provided that during such a visit, in addition to those services that the consumer has explicitly requested, the trader provides some other services, or delivers other goods than those necessary to perform emergency repairs or maintenance work, the consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in relation to these additional services or goods
- the subject of the contract for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings, or computer programs, which are unsealed after delivery
- the subject of contracts for the supply of newspapers or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts for such publications
- contract concluded at a public auction
- the subject of the contract provision of non-residential accommodation services, provision of goods transport services, car rental services, food and beverage delivery services or leisure services, if it is agreed that the service will be provided on a certain date or in a certain period
- the subject of the contract is the delivery of digital content that is not delivered on physical media if the fulfillment of the contract began with the express prior consent of the consumer and with his confirmation that he is aware of the fact that he will lose the right to unilateral termination.
ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
By special regulations of the European Union, from 15.02.2016. EU-wide disputes related to online shopping will be resolved through the ODR platform, which you can access here (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home.chooseLanguage). This means that if you encounter a problem during an online purchase within the EU (defective product, inability to replace the product, etc.) you can file your complaint in a faster and easier way at the link above. OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In the event of a dispute, we would like to inform you that you can use out-of-court dispute resolution mechanisms by initiating out-of-court dispute resolution by filing a complaint with the body responsible for alternative dispute resolution operating in the Republic of Croatia.
COMPLAINT OF GOODS

The buyer has the right to complain about the goods in the following cases:
- Delivery of not ordered goods
- Delivery of expired goods
- Delivery of goods that have a defect or damage that did not occur during transport
The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint in writing without delay, and the response in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act will be sent to the Buyer within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The seller (Luminus Mod d.o.o.) will accept in full the return of damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered goods at his own expense, if it is determined that the complaint is justified and that the buyer did not affect the correctness, damage or any defect of the goods. In the event of a justified complaint, the Buyer has the right to terminate the contract with a refund of the entire amount paid or a replacement for a correct, undamaged and valid product. In case of impossibility to deliver other goods, the Seller will reimburse the buyer for the costs of returning the goods and the value of the goods that he is no longer able to deliver. The buyer has no right to return products that are open and used. All goods we sell are properly stored in the original packaging. The shelf life indicated on the packaging is valid only if stored correctly, as indicated on the declaration.
