Ingredients: Dry rose hip fruit extract (Rosa canina) which contains 50% of vitamin C, bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, thickener: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (capsule), dry fruting body extract from Shiitake mushroom (Lentinula edodes), dry extract from green algae Chlorelle (Chlorella pyrenoidosa), zinc bisglycinate, zinc citrate, supstance for preventing caking: cellulose (ARBOCEL® A300), zinc gluconate, zinc picolinate.

Usage:
It is recommended to take 1 capsule daily, with enough fluid.
